Add in mushrooms, tofu, bell peppers, squash. Add in chopped garlic and red pepper flakes for additional flavor. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Add kale or spinach to the pan, add salt and pepper, and season to taste. Cook an addition 2-3 minutes. Put ingredients that are mixed aside and let cool.
