Image Source:  https://vegukate.com/post.php?s=2015-01-08-zucchini-noodle-mushroom-marinara Quick Zucchini Pasta  Ingredients:  Zucchini (Regular or already spiralized) Marinara or Tomato Basil Sauce (Homemade or Store bought)  Mushrooms (of choice) Yellow Squash Tofu (Sprouted Organic)  Bell Peppers (Preference)  Kale or Spinach (optional)  Garlic (Chopped or powder) Red Pepper Flakes (Heat tolerance dependent)   Instructions:  Heat olive oil in a skillet pan on medium-high heat. Add in mushrooms, tofu, bell peppers, squash. Add in chopped garlic and red pepper flakes for additional flavor. Cook for 3-4 minutes.  Add kale or spinach to the pan, add salt and pepper, and season to taste. Cook an addition 2-3 minutes. Put ingredients that are mixed aside and let cool.  In the same pan, put in the spiralized zucchini and saute for 1-2 minutes.
